Mixed bag, but mostly good
I placed an order for a few items: the Ice Queen 4 in 1 Wash, some Handmade Bath Bombs, and a Room Spray. Ordering online was straightforward enough, no issues there. Shipping was a bit slower than I hoped, took about a week and a half, but everything arrived well-packaged, so no damage, which is key. The Ice Queen wash is lovely, smells subtle and it does work as a shampoo too without drying my hair out. The bath bombs were good, dissolved nicely and left no residue in the tub. The room spray though, the scent was a bit faint for my liking, didn't really fill the room as much as I wanted. Their customer support responded pretty quickly when I asked about tracking, so that was a plus. Overall, mostly happy with the purchase, but the room spray was a bit of a miss for me.

Good value overall
